We are pleased to announce that we have received approval from the Metro health Department to open as an Essential Business for our all- inclusive service to families across Nashville. We will reopen the store on Saturday, May 2.ThriftSmart supports the Governor’s Tennessee Pledge to reopen the business responsibly, in compliance with the policies and practice recommended by the CDC to provide a safe environment for our employees to return to work, restore their livelihoods and reboot our state’s economy, while we serve families across the community.The Tennessee Pledge will provide safe working conditions:

  • social distancing and checkout spacing

  • customer traffic counters and controls

  • enhanced cleaning procedures

  • healthy hygiene habits

  • hand sanitizer stations and cart wipes for customers

  • employee temperature scanning,

  • masks and face shields for employees

In other exciting news, our store has been totally remodeled ! We can’t wait to welcome you back with :

  • a new floor

  • a fresh coat of paint

  • new store fixtures

  • an upgraded book department
